Luxury in the Style of Modern Neoclassicism

This five-bedroom penthouse embodies our design philosophy: a perfect balance between artistic vision and engineering precision. From the initial sketches to the final installation, our team managed every step of the realization process. The result is a luxurious retreat that merges contemporary materials with timeless neoclassicism.

Design in the Grey Construction Phase

The main challenge of the project was to achieve a sense of grandeur through clean, refined forms. All interior doors were designed to extend from floor to ceiling. Since we entered the project at an early stage of construction, we were able to organize the space according to the intended concept, without the need for later alterations to the existing structure. All interior doors, including aluminum sliding systems, were custom-designed and bespoke-made. The goal was to emphasize the height of the space and create a clear architectural sequence.

• Spatial Fluidity: The comfortable living room naturally flows into a spacious dining area.
• Functional Kitchen Separation: The kitchen is separated by sliding glass doors that can be closed when needed. The glass allows visual communication between the living room and the kitchen, while simultaneously providing peace to the living area and containing kitchen odors within the kitchen space.

Premium Materials and Custom-Made Craftsmanship

As a studio that insists on uncompromising quality, we selected and implemented top-tier materials for this project:

• Unique Italian Inlaid Parquet Flooring: The dimensions, color, and layout of the inlay were custom-ordered exclusively for this interior. Today, it serves as the visual signature of the entire apartment.
• Textures of Luxury: Natural stone, wood, and fine leather are essential elements of a luxury interior. Their use requires precise proportioning and exceptional craftsmanship. We paid particular attention to this, guided by the principle that “less is more.”
• Large-Format Ceramics: All bathrooms are clad in large-format ceramic slabs measuring 120 × 260 cm, achieving a monolithic appearance and visual clarity of surfaces.

Technological and Functional Excellence

The kitchen and living area were equipped in line with the highest contemporary standards of functionality:

• Professional Kitchen Setup: For maximum comfort, a double set of premium appliances was installed—two refrigerators, two ovens, and two microwave ovens—discreetly integrated into the modern design.
• Atmosphere and Warmth: An electric fireplace was installed at the center of the living zone, combining the visual effect of a traditional hearth with modern technology.
• Modern Master Bedroom: The bedroom is complemented by luxurious walk-in wardrobes, with interior layouts fully customized to the client’s needs.

From Concept to Completion: Our Approach

This project is a testament to our dedication to detail at every stage—from interior design and execution to full furnishing. Every piece of furniture, every detail, every color, and even the smallest joint within the inlay is the result of careful supervision and close collaboration with master craftsmen.
