Located in the Zvezdara neighborhood, near the lush Zvezdara Forest, lies a stunning 400 m² house built in 1990 in the style of Tuscan architecture. We had the privilege of reconstructing this unique property.

The spacious, open-plan living room, uncommon by local standards, was preserved in its original form. The owners wished to retain the functional fireplace and the solid wood floors.

The house features a large backyard that was not visible from the interior, so we modified the openings to create better views. The façade was adjusted to complement the modernized interior, and as a standout detail, the custom-made front door was crafted by hand, featuring wrought iron embellishments.
