We present to you our latest project in the Lendmark complex – a three-bedroom apartment spanning 95 m², featuring a spacious open-concept layout. The interior is characterized by high ceilings and a light color palette, complemented by natural wood. For the kitchen countertop, island, and backsplash, we chose Laminam.

Our idea was to bring as much light into the space as possible through calm tones and natural materials, ensuring the apartment radiates cleanliness and elegance. Without additional demolition in this new apartment, we adapted the design to achieve maximum functionality. Modern lighting was integrated into the existing dropped ceiling.

The living room features a modern sofa, while large paintings further emphasize the elegance of the space. The TV unit discreetly conceals practical storage for glasses and tableware. The bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe featuring aluminum frames and integrated lighting, exudes a sense of luxury and comfort.
