This 80 m², three-room apartment, with a dual orientation, located in a peaceful and bright part of Košutnjak, required a complete renovation. Despite the smaller size, every part of the space was carefully planned to maximize functionality.

The high doors reaching the ceiling enhanced the visual effect of a larger and taller space, while the dark tones of the interior added elegance. The apartment is equipped with an audio system, and striking details, such as the large painting in the hallway and the unique bookshelf, gave the apartment a distinctive character. This project represents the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics in modern interior design
