This 85 m² apartment with a terrace, located in the Scala building at Belgrade Waterfront (BW), is designed in a modern, minimalist style with a subdued color palette. The project aimed to create an elegant, contemporary, and cozy space using high-quality materials.

The interior’s dominant colors are anthracite, natural oak, and sand, with accents added through artwork and lighting. All furniture pieces are custom-made and specifically designed for this space. Materials used include painted MDF, veneered MDF, Laminam, and decorative particleboard. Walls are clad with MDF, veneered MDF, and decorative wallpaper, contributing to the warm ambiance of the interior.

Special attention was given to lighting, featuring a combination of ceiling and concealed ceiling lights, as well as integrated furniture lighting. The windows are equipped with modern curtains and motorized wooden Venetian blinds.
