Interior Design Project from the Shell Stage

This boho-style penthouse interior design project in Belgrade was developed starting from the shell stage, allowing us complete creative freedom in shaping the space. From the initial concept to final execution, the interior was designed as a cohesive whole, where architecture, functionality, and aesthetics seamlessly interact.

TWorking from this early phase enabled us to carefully define spatial flow, forms, and materials, while fully adapting the design to the lifestyle and needs of the investor.

Boho Style as a Creative Challenge

Boho interior design represented a creative departure for our studio, as it is not part of our primary design language. For this reason, we approached the project through in-depth research of colors, textures, organic forms, and contemporary boho references.

Through open communication with the investor, we identified key priorities and the desired atmosphere of the space, which proved essential for the successful realization of the project.

Organic Forms, Arches, and Color Balance

The interior concept is based on soft, rounded lines, arches, and splines that bring fluidity and warmth to the space. Special attention was given to balance — the goal was to achieve a distinctive character without visual overload.

Textures and Accent Colors in a Boho Interior

In interiors dominated by a single color palette, there is a risk of monotony and visual saturation. To avoid this, we played with a variety of textures and carefully introduced an additional accent color that adds depth and dynamism while maintaining overall harmony.

Materials and Details – A Balance of Luxury and Functionality

The bathrooms were designed in a modern style, featuring Italian terrazzo tiles that give the space a contemporary and authentic character. The parquet flooring was custom-made and imported from Italy specifically for this project, further emphasizing its refined and luxurious quality.

Custom-Made Furniture as a Key Design Element

One of the main challenges was designing custom-made furniture that follows the organic forms and curved lines of the penthouse. Each piece was carefully designed to align with the architecture of the space, both aesthetically and functionally.
