The new layout maximizes space utilization, offering three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace, and a generous entrance hall—ideal for the modern lifestyle of a young family.

The interior follows the latest color and material trends for 2025. Warm mocha and cappuccino tones dominate, while dark Laminam adds elegance and sophistication to the space. Every part of the interior has been carefully designed to seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality.

Special attention was given to details in the dining area—specifically, the sideboard and mirror. Positioned right at the entrance, these elements contribute to the uniqueness of the interior. The custom-made sideboard features 3D fronts, and above it hangs a uniquely designed mirror that reflects the kitchen, visually expanding the space. Another striking detail is the sideboard in the living room, inspired by vintage audio equipment cabinets. As music enthusiasts, the owners now have the perfect setup to enjoy their vinyl collection.

Of course, no interior is complete without a pendant light above the dining table. Minimalist, elegant, and with clean lines, it enhances the modern yet warm atmosphere of the home.
