This 100 m², four-bedroom apartment is located in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery, offering privacy but limiting natural light. To address this, we opted for light tones and high-quality ceiling lighting, while darker flooring creates contrast and adds depth to the space.

In the kitchen, we applied a system of vertical and ceiling tunnels for ventilation, allowing for efficient odor removal during cooking. The apartment also features a mini-gym located on the glass-enclosed terrace, as well as a hidden library space behind the seating area – details that make the space both functional and unique.
